Urban Developers, a leading real estate group, has vacancies for qualified and competent professionals for the following positions:
Interior Designer
01 vacancy
Junior Architect
01 vacancy
Architectural Draftsman
01 vacancy
Manager/Assistant Manager Purchase (preferably healthcare)
Bachelor's degree, preferable MBA Supply Chain with relevant 7 years' experience regarding research potential vendors, negotiate contract, terms of agreement & pricing.
Principal Nursing College
Preferably MSc Nursing/M.Phil or Ph.d Nursing will be preferred.
Minimum 7 years academic experience as a Nursing Principal.
Must be registered with valid PNC.
Optometrist
BS (Visionary Sciences) with at least 1 or 2 years working experience.
Senior Registrar and Assistant Professor for Ophthalmology department
Senior Registrar and Assistant Professor for Psychiatry department.
Clinically positions are according to criteria laid by PMDC and must have the Assistant Professor recognition of experience certificate by the PMDC.
Security Guard
30 vacancies
Must be retired from armed forces, civil armed forces, and police.
Must be medically and physically fit.
Job Requirements:
Interior Designer
Holding Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
10+ years of experience in design software, space planning, furniture selection, and project management
Candidate should be target-oriented and good in communication
Lahore-based candidates will be preferred.
Junior Architect
Holding Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
2+ years of experience in the relevant field
Candidate must be proficient in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit)
Candidate should be target-oriented and good in communication
Lahore-based candidates will be preferred.
Architectural Draftsman
Holding a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
3+ years relevant experience in building operational work
Candidate must have a strong background in Architectural detailing
Candidate must have proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
Candidate must be able to create drawings and collaborate with architects and engineers
Lahore-based candidates will be preferred.
