SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up the following vacant posts of UDC (BS-11) at various Cantonment Boards under Pakistan Cantonments Servants Rules, 1954 (as amended).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Appointments will be made according to Pakistan Cantonment Servants Rules, 1954 (as amended).

Appointments for the above-mentioned posts are transferable throughout Pakistan.

All vacancies are on a regular basis, and selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year under the rules.

Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

Candidates already in Government service shall apply through proper channels.

Candidates must have a BA Graduation degree with Min Grade-C, typing speed of at least 30 WPM, a qualifying departmental entrance test & interview, and a three-month course certificate in MS Office. Candidates having 03 years of relevant experience shall be preferred.

The age limit is 18-25 years, plus five years general age relaxation as admissible under the rules. Upper age shall be calculated from the closing date of application. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be allowed as admissible under the Rules.

Candidates having experience in the relevant field shall be preferred.

Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test and interview.

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.

Applications must include a CV, 02 x recent photographs, and academic credentials. They should be submitted to the under-mentioned address within 15 days after the publication of this advertisement.

Applications submitted after the due date will not be entertained.

Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, reserve the right to postpone or cancel the process of appointment for any or all advertised posts at any stage without assigning reasons.
