Established Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites applications for the following vacancies on a 3-year contractual basis for the PCP Project (Solid Waste Management Machinery) supported by the World Bank:

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be residents of Hafizabad district, aged between 18 to 25 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years as per the Punjab government policy. Candidates need not apply separately for the age relaxation.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

For Machinery Incharge (Number 01), a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with 12 years of relevant experience or a Matriculation pass with 23 years of relevant experience is required.

For Driver for Truck, Tractor, Excavator, Suzuki Ravi, Mobile Puncture Repair, Dumper Trucks, Water Truck, Compactor Trucks (Number 23), a valid LTV driving license and a minimum of 3 years of experience are required. Additionally, for the Mobile Puncture Repair position, at least 5 years of experience as a workshop mechanic is necessary.

For Mechanical Labor (Number 04), candidates must be literate and have experience in Mobile Puncture Repair.

General Terms:

The recruitment will be on a contractual basis for a period of 3 years under the Punjab Local Government Service (Service) Date 1997/Contract Appointment 2004 and Recruitment Policy 2022.

The posts will not be eligible for permanent status.

Recruits will be given a personal allowance for the 3-year period, without any increments or annual maintenance.

Recent photographs and relevant documents such as Passport, Secret Education Certificate, Quetta Certificate, KPK Certificate, Shanakhti Card, Domicile, and Driving License must be submitted along with the application.

Original documents will be verified during the interview, and candidates must bring their driving license as well.

Candidates who fail the driving test will not be selected.

The upper age limit will be calculated as of the last date of receipt of the application.

Applications received after the specified date will be rejected.

Candidates who have already applied need not apply again.

The selection committee's decision will be final.

The institution reserves the right to cancel the recruitment without notice.

Candidates with fake educational qualifications or documents will have their membership revoked, and legal action will be taken against them.

How to Apply:

Interested candidates may submit their applications in the Office of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Hafizabad by the last date of receipt of applications, 29th April 2023.

Note: No TA/DA will be provided to candidates. Interviews will be conducted at the appointed committee's venue, and the selected candidates will be informed later.
