Minimum Qualification & Experience
Ph.D. degree in relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution. 15-Years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/College/ University or 15-years professional experience in the relevant field in at National or International organization out of which 5-years must be teaching experience OR 10-years post Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization The candidate must have 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in last five years in HEC recognized journals.
Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institute. Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institute. PEC Registration as Mechanical Engineer is mandatory.
Note: Preference will be given to the candidate having diverse experience in academic and administration in addition to OBE based curriculum development, accreditation as per PEC requirement, sufficient technical managerial and financial matter's experience in handling of commercial entity.
First division Master's in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or Chartered Accountant. Degree(s) shall be from the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan recognized Universities/Institutes.
05years experience, of accounts /Finance & Audit/Financial Management in a University.
First class BE/BSc Engineering (16 Years of Education) in relevant field or 2.5 CGPA out of 4.0 with no 3rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
PEC Registration Card in Relevant Field is Mandatory
Sixteen (16) years of education Computer Science or Computer Software Engineering in first division with two years relevant experience.
Preference will be given to the candidate with extensive working knowledge of coding using NET languages (C+, VB, NET), familiarity with ASP.NET
framework and SQL servers.
MPhil/MS/MBA in the fields of Marketing or Economics or Biochemistry or Pharmacology or Molecular Bio-sciences or any other relevant field with minimum 5 years of marketing / administrative /research or consultancy experience in organizations of good repute, with a proven track record of proposal development and attracting funding from public and private sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree (2 years) in at least 2nd division with a speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typing and at least 3 years' experience as Stenographer.
Adequate knowledge of Computer in using MS Office.
At least 2nd Division Bachelor degree (4 years) or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Systems Engineering/Information Technology from any HEC recognized University/Institution with two years' relevant experience in National/Multinational Organizations.
Matric with 2nd division or equivalent qualification from

*The appointment on 03 years Contract basis will be made initially for six (06) months extendable up-to maximum three (3) years or till the arrival of employee appointed on regular basis on the same sanctioned post, whichever is earlier.
Note:
1. Interested candidates, who fulfil the required criteria, may submit application forms (available on the University website, www.uetmardan.edu.pk), along with attested photocopies of educational testimonials (ie., Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC and Domicile, one recent photograph and original fee deposit receipt in the office of the Registrar, UET Mardan on or before December 05, 2022. Applicants for the post at Sr. No. 01 are required to submit at least 04 copies of research articles, they have published in HEC Recognized Journals.
2. Application fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 10,000/- for S. No.1, Rs.3000/- for S.No.2 to 4, Rs.2000/- for S.No.5 to 7, Rs.1500/- for Sr. No. 8, Rs.1000/- for Sr. No. 9 to 13 and Rs.500/- for Sr. No. 14 to 17 must be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber, (throughout Pakistan) in the University Account titled "Miscellaneous Fund UETM" Branch Code.0179, Account No.003001354859.
3. Only those qualifications, experiences and publications etc. will be considered, if documentary proof is attached upto the last date of submission of application.
4. Contact number, Postal and Email address must be written clearly on application form. Any change in contact detail must be reported immediately to the Registrar office. The nomenclature of the post applied for must be written on the bottom of right corner of the envelop.
5. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must also submit No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments/organizations along with their application forms.
6. Original documents along with CNIC and domicile must be produced at the time of test/interview.
7. Age relaxation will be considered in light of government rules on case-to-case basis. 8. The candidates applying for more than one posts are required to submit separate application form along-with original Bank receipt for each post.
9. In-case any educational document or any other document provided by the applicant is found incorrect/fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.
10. The engagement will be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned in the letter of appointment.
11. The University reserves the right to cancel, postponed, increase, decrease or not to fill any of the advertised position(s) without assigning any reason.
12. Territorial Jurisdiction/limits as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is applicable on advertised posts upto BPS-16.
