Description of role and position:

Provide direction and leadership to the organization towards achieving its mission, goals and objectives.
Establish and implement strategies, programs, short and long term goals to make Pakistan an attractive tourist destination.
The MP-1 scale compensation package along with allowances / facilities / benefits and benefits. The contractual position, by pure merit, for a maximum period of 3 years as defined in the Company Law of 2017. Eligibility will be determined according to the given criteria and the selection will be finalized in accordance with government policies / regulations. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.

Qualification / Experience required for the position: Ph.D. in business management / administration, public administration, economics, marketing, finance or related disciplines of the University recognized by HEC with 14 years of professional experience OR Master in the subjects above with 18 years of experience after qualification in the relevant field. At least 7 years of senior management experience in reputable organizations (preferably in the tourism sector) is required. Expert in team spirit, analysis, interpersonal relationships and leadership. In-depth knowledge of human resources and financial management in the public or private sector.
Proven track record of successful performance in a competitive environment.
