Applications are invited from the Pakistani Nationals, who are
not married to foreign national, on prescribed form (academic &
non-academic) (downloadable from University website http://uvas.edu.pk/jobs/) for making appointments on Tenure Track System (TTS) / Temporary (likely to become permanent) / Contract / Regular basis.

4	*Five (05) Lecturers (BPS-18)* in BPS-18 (38350-2870-95750) *Main Campus, Lahore:* •One – Nutrition & Dietetics •One – Microbiology - UDL *Ravi Campus, Pattoki:* •One – Surgery •One – Animal Breeding & Genetics (Farms) *CVAS, Jhang: •One – Biological Sciences *Qualification / Requirement:*As per HEC Criteria available on HEC website. *Qualification:* M.Phil. / M.S. or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education or master degree from a foreign university in the relevant field with no 3rd Division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/ Institution.
5	*One (01)Director, Planning & Development*** in BPS-19 (59210-3050-120210) on temporary (likely to become permanent) basis at Main Campus, Lahore. *Qualification / Requirement:* M.Phil. or MS in Veterinary, Animal, Quality Assurance, Management Science or relevant equivalent qualification from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission with twelve years’ experience including five years’ experience of regular working in BPS-18, in planning, development, preparation, monitoring of developmental projects and schemes in a Government, Semi-Government Organization or a Public Sector University.
6	*One (01) Director, University Advancement & Financial Aid* in BPS-19 (59210-3050-120210) on temporary (likely to become permanent) basis at Main Campus, Lahore. *Qualification / Requirement:* M.Phil. degree or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the field of Veterinary Science or Business Management from HEC recognized University. Must have relevant experience of minimum eight years in any renowned public / private sector organization.
7	*One (01) Deputy Director, Business Incubation* in BPS-18 (38350-2870-95750) on temporary (likely to become permanent) basis at Main Campus, Lahore *Qualification / Requirement:* First Class Master's degree or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the field of Veterinary Science OR Business Management from HEC recognized University. Must have relevant experience of minimum four years in any renowned public / private sector organization.
8	*One (01) Deputy Director, University Industry Linkages & Technology Transfer* in BPS-18 (38350-2870-95750) on temporary (likely to become permanent) basis at Main Campus, Lahore *Qualification / Requirement:* First class Master degree or equivalent awarded after 16 years of education from HEC recognized University / Institution. Six years’ relevant experience with Business/Industry is mandatory.
9	*One (01) Assistant Director Advance Studies* in BPS -17 (30370-2300-76370) on temporary (likely to become permanent) at Main Campus, Lahore *Qualification / Requirement:* First Class Master’s Degree or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field (Veterinary Science) with no 3rd Division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University / Institution.
10	*One (01) Assistant Registrar* in BPS -17 (30370-2300-76370) on temporary (likely to become permanent) at Main Campus, Lahore *Qualification / Requirement:* Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2nd division) from a recognized University with five years’ office experience including at least three years experience in scale-16 in a University or a Government or Semi-Government Organization or Educational Institution.
11	*One (01) Hostel Warden (Military Background Base)* in BPS -17 (30370-2300-76370) on Temporary (likely to become permanent) at Main Campus, Lahore *Qualification / Requirement:* First class Master Degree preferably MPA / MBA / MBE / BS in Admin Science / Management from a recognized University 4 years’ relevant experience (Hostel / Hotel Management) including one year experience in BPS-16 in any Government / Semi Government organization / Autonomous body / Recognized Public Sector University. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills. MS Office proficiency is prerequisite.
12	*One (01) Assistant Estate Management Officer* in BPS -17 (30370-2300-76370) on temporary (likely to become permanent) at Ravi Campus, Pattoki *Qualification / Requirement:* Master degree (2nd Div.) from a recognized University with two (02) years relevant experience in BPS-16 in regular capacity in a Government / Semi- Government Organization or a Public Sector University. OR Bachelor Degree (2nd Div.) from a recognized University with five (05) years relevant experience in BPS-16 in regular capacity in a Government / Semi- Government Organization or a Public Sector University. *Note*: Persons having relevant experience in army service will be preferred

PROJECT TITLED “IN-SERVICE TRAINING FACILITY OF ADVANCE VETERINARY EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR VETERINARY PROFESSIONALS AT UVAS, LAHORE (on purely contract basis initially for a period upto 30-06-2020)
15	*One (01) Assistant Director*(at consolidated salary package of Rs. 50,000/- pm.) M.Phil in Veterinary Sciences. OR DVM with 02 years’ Experience preferably in managing professional development training program / development projects.
*PROJECT TITLED “UP-GRADATION OF PARA VETERINARY SCHOOL, NAROWAL TO KBCMA COLLEGE OF VETERINARY & ANIMAL SCIENCES, NAROWAL”*

Applications
are required with attested copies of testimonials, certificates along
with one recent attested passport size Photograph:
1. Quadruplicate for the Professor and Associate Professor.
2. Triplicate for the posts of Assistant Professor and Lecturer.
3. Duplicate for Serial Number 05 to 15
Applicants can generate and deposit the fee through online generated Bank Challan in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. in Pakistan.
Applicants are directed to attach the Original Paid Bank Challan (non-refundable) with application for the above mentioned posts as under:
1. Rs. 10,000/- for the posts of Professor (TTS)
2. Rs. 8,000/- for the posts of Associate Professor (TTS)
3. Rs. 3,000/- for the post of Professor (BPS), Associate Professor (BPS), Assistant Professor(TTS) and Lecturer (BPS)
4. Rs. 2,000/- for all non-teaching posts (Sr. No. 05 to 12)
5. Rs. 1,000/- for Serial No. 13 to 15
Persons
already employed in Government or other organizations should submit
their applications through proper channel within due date. The requisite
“No Objection Certificate” from present employer must reach in the
Office of the Registrar before or on the last date for the receipt of
applications; failing which, such applications will be treated as
rejected and no call for interview will be issued.
All
Government employees who intend to apply for the posts through proper
channel shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that
there is no pending inquiry / outstanding dues against them. Moreover,
there are no adverse remarks in any of their annual confidential
reports. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental
permission certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC).
The
applicant is required to specifically express in the application, if
s/he was awarded any penalty during his/her studentship in the
University/Institution. If s/he is found guilty of concealment of any of
the relevant facts at any stage, his/her application will be liable to
be rejected and in case of his/her appointment, s/he will be removed
from University service without any notice.
The candidates holding professional degrees must be recognized / registered by the relevant council.
All Rules of TTS Version 2.0 will apply in letter and spirit.
The University reserves the right:
1. not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
2. to adjust / transfer / post the selected candidate at any Campus / Centre of the University.
3. to short list the applications / candidates in accordance with the criteria to be determined by the Vice Chancellor.
4. to increase or decrease the number of posts.

Interview call letters will be issued only to the eligible candidates and ineligible candidates will be informed separately.
Age should not be more than 60 years for all posts.
