JOB VACANCIES AT PCSIR LABORATORIES COMPLEX PESHAWAR

PCSIR Laboratories Complex Peshawar, an R&D organization working under the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, Islamabad, is looking for qualified individuals to fill the following positions on a contract basis for one year, which may be extended subject to the approval of the competent authority:

Name of Post: Senior Scientific Officer

No. of Posts: 02

Pay Scale: PPS-08

Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Bio-Informatics or related fields

5 years of experience in a reputed organization, with practical work on GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and Atomic Absorption, among others.

Experience in the determination of Pharmacological Activities of medicinal plants on Animal Models/Clinical Trials (Advanced Pharmacology Lab.)

Experience in Computer Added Drug Discovery & Designing

Name of Post: Scientific Officer/ Junior Engineer (Male/Female)

Pay Scale: PPS-07

Eligibility Criteria:

M.Sc./ M.Phil./ Pharm D/Degree equivalent to M.Sc. recognized by HEC (one each) in the following subjects:

Botany

Biochemistry

Microbiology

Pharmaceutical Sciences

Analytical Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

1 year of experience in a reputed organization to operate GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and Atomic Absorption, among others.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum BA/B.Sc/B.com or equivalent qualification

2 years of experience in MS Office

Maximum typing speed required is 35w/min. Preference will be given to practical experience in the relevant field.

Pay Scale: PPS-01

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Middle/Matriculate

Relevant experience will be preferred.

Name of Post: Driver

Pay Scale: PPS-01

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Middle/Matriculate

Valid Pakistani Driving License. Relevant experience will be preferred.
