Position:

Reconciliation Officer (Karachi)
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
To reconcile payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions along with General ledger To issue receipts to customers on receipt of payments To perform daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data account related entries To generate the various month end reports

Operations Officer
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities .

To open and maintain customer accounts • To monitor inoperative and dormant Accounts. Serve notices to unclaimed account holders To process online transactions and remittances along with issuance of financial instruments To process the collection of Inward & Outward Clearing To process the ATM Claim Settlements and maintaining the lockers To process and manage Term Deposits (issuance, payments, balancing of TDR) To ensure that operational and front office activities are carried out appropriately To assist Manager Operations to promote or sell products or services such as travelers checks, saving bonds, money orders, and cashier's checks To scrutinize all transaction vouchers on daily basis and ensure hard copies are filed properly for record and any future reference To comply with Bank policy and procedure along with all applicable regulatory requirements To generate AML alerts, update KYC/CDD of Customers, upload signature cards at the time of account opening

Position:

Customer Services Officer

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
To greet all walk-in customers to create quality service environment To resolve any customer query / complaint with regards to product / services offered by the branch and provide the timely solution To promote Bank products or services To identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction

Academic/ Professional Qualification
Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized University / Institute.

Experience
Minimum 01 year working experience in a Bank as a Regular Contractual employee or as an employee deployed by a Service Provider Company under Outsourcing arrangements.

Assessment Tests / Interviews:
